Privacy notice

Personal data we process
The name, company, email address, phone number, product of interest and message you enter in the contact form, together with the IP address and time of submission.
Purposes
To receive and assess your quote and information requests and reply to you; to prevent misuse of the form and keep our systems secure.
Legal basis and method of collection
Data is collected electronically through the website form and processed on the grounds set out in Article 5(2)(c) of the KVKK (necessary for entering into or performing a contract) and Article 5(2)(f) (necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided your fundamental rights are not harmed).
Transfers
Your personal data is not shared with third parties. It is stored on servers in Türkiye where the site is hosted; the hosting providers only supply infrastructure. It may be disclosed to competent public authorities where required by law.
Retention
Data is kept for as long as required by the purpose of processing and applicable law, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may ask whether your data is processed and request information about it, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties it is transferred to, request correction or deletion, object to outcomes based solely on automated processing, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
