Production

From sample to cutting

Every product follows the same sequence. Cost and quality are settled at the sample stage.

  1. Design and sample

    Each design is first stitched as a sample. Yarn usage and labour are set at this stage.

  2. Embroidery

    The approved design is stitched onto the fabric.

  3. Dyeing

    The embroidered fabric is dyed at the dye house.

  4. Cutting

    Products are cut to size.
